Returns & Refunds

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To make a return, the buyer must send a return request to the email addresscloversi@cloversi.lvindicating the order number. After processing the request, the buyer will receive a withdrawal form sent to the email address specified in their order. This form must indicate the buyer's bank account (IBAN) to which the refund should be made. The buyer attaches this form to the goods when returning them.

Returned goods must be unworn, clean, and have all original tags as they were delivered.

The buyer's obligation is to deliver the goods to the seller without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal form. After receiving the returned goods, the online store will refund all payments received from the buyer based on the Distance Contract without delay, but no later than 14 days.

Goods that are damaged, dirty, or lack all original tags cannot be returned.

The buyer returns the goods to the seller at the address specified in the form or to an Omniva parcel machine.

The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the goods do not match the order (for example, incorrect or damaged product).

The online store is not responsible for delays in fulfilling obligations or for non-fulfillment or other types of non-fulfillment arising from circumstances and obstacles that are beyond the reasonable control of the online store.
