Returns & Refunds

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To make a return, the buyer must go to the websiteCloversi.lv. With the email specified in the order and the order number, you need to log in to view the order status. In this section, you will find the option to return goods - you need to select the items you wish to return, specify a bank account belonging to you for the refund, and submit a return request. Cloversi.lv will confirm the request no later than two working days. After receiving confirmation, send the goods to the address specified in the confirmation email.

Returns are accepted for items that are unworn, clean, odorless, and have all original tags as they were delivered.

After receiving the returned goods, the online store will immediately, but no later than 14 days, refund the purchase value of the returned goods based on the Distance Contract. The buyer will be informed about the receipt of the returned goods and the next steps via email.

The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the item does not match the order (for example, incorrect or damaged product).

The online store is not responsible for delays in fulfilling obligations or non-fulfillment, or any other type of non-fulfillment that arises due to circumstances and obstacles that are beyond the reasonable control of the online store.
