SR Logistics, Registration No. 40203462776, hereinafter – online storewww.Cloversi.lv– provides the content available on the website and offers goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use outlined below.
1. General Terms
If a consumer purchases goods/services using the website, such mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia that regulate distance contracts, including but not limited to the Republic of Latvia 'Consumer Rights Protection Law', the Cabinet of Ministers regulations 'Regulations on Distance Contracts', etc.
2. Making Purchases
The prices and specifications of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.
To place an order, add the desired products in the selected sizes to the shopping cart. Fill in all required fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order with delivery will then be displayed on the screen. Make the payment to complete the order.
After successful payment for the purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your specified email address.
3. Payment Terms
The currency for transactions on the site is euro. Paymentswww.CloverSi.comis provided by the partner Klix. Purchases can be paid for by choosing the following payment methods:
Internet bank transfer
Installment
Payment by card
Other payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, etc.)
5. Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To make a return, the buyer must send a return request to the email addresscloversi@cloversi.lvindicating the order number. After processing the request, the buyer will receive a withdrawal form at the email address specified in their order. This form must indicate the buyer's bank account (IBAN) to which the refund should be made. The buyer attaches this form to the goods when returning them.
Returns are accepted for goods that are unworn, clean, and have all original tags as they were delivered.
The buyer's obligation is to deliver the goods to the seller without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal form. After receiving the returned goods, the online store will refund all payments received from the buyer based on the Distance Contract without delay, but no later than 14 days.
Goods that are damaged, dirty, or lack all original tags cannot be returned.
The buyer returns the goods to the Seller at the address specified on the form or to an Omniva parcel machine.
The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the goods do not match the order (for example, incorrect or damaged product).
The online store is not responsible for delays in fulfilling obligations or for non-fulfillment, or any other type of non-fulfillment that arises due to circumstances and obstacles beyond the reasonable control of the online store.
The online store reserves the right to refuse to sell goods and to request the return of goods from the Buyer if the price indicated in the online store is significantly lower than its market price due to an error.
Orders can be canceled within one day after payment is made by contacting customer support.
6. Consumer rights regarding non-conforming goods
The online store is responsible for the non-conformity of the goods sold to the Buyer with the terms of the contract or for defects that arise within 6 months after the delivery date to the customer, or that were present at the time of delivery, unless such assumption contradicts the nature of the goods or the defect. The Buyer must inform the Seller of the non-conformity of the goods immediately and submit a complaint. The Buyer can submit a complaint by contacting the online store, writing tocloversi@cloversi.lv.
The online store is not responsible for defects that arise after the goods have been delivered to the Buyer. If the purchased goods have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request the rectification of the defects or exchange for new goods free of charge.
If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller will refund the Buyer all payments provided for in the Distance contract. The Seller will provide a written response to the consumer's complaint within 15 days.
7. Processing of the Buyer's personal data
The online store processes only those personal data that the buyer has entered when ordering goods, such as name, surname, email, etc.
The online store transfers personal data to the transport service provider(s) to ensure the delivery of goods.
If you have explicitly agreed to receive our marketing communications, including news, we may occasionally contact you by sending information about our services and latest offers. For this purpose, we may process your email address that you provided when signing up for marketing communications. The Buyer has the option to opt-out of marketing communications by visitingwww.CloverSi.lv/en/unsubscribe.
8. Dispute resolution procedure
In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the Buyer and Seller agree to comply with the laws in force in the Republic of Latvia.
The Parties resolve all disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer through mutual negotiation or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or correspondence, the Parties will resolve the dispute in the courts of the Republic of Latvia, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller can be referred for resolution to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
The Buyer has the right to also approach the European Union dispute resolution bodies.
