Standard delivery to Omniva parcel machines:
By choosing this delivery level, you specify the parcel machine where you want to receive the ordered goods.
When sending the order, we will send you an email containing your order tracking code, so you can easily follow your order on its way to you.
Usually, the time from ordering goods to receiving them at the parcel machine is three working days, but in some cases it may take a little longer (depending on the load of the Omniva courier service).
When the order arrives at the parcel machine, you will receive an SMS notification from Omniva!
The order is stored in the parcel machine for 7 days. Before the storage period ends, Omniva will send you a reminder SMS.
Express delivery:
This service is currently available in Riga, Mārupē, and Baloži.
By choosing express delivery, you will receive your order the next working day, delivered by a courier to your specified address during the time period of 10:00-18:00.
